Real Estate Investing Mentors - How To
Set Up Your Own Real Estate Investing Apprenticeship

By Tom Dunn

Would you like to find your very own real estate investing mentors? Would you be interested in setting up a real estate investing apprenticeship with experienced real estate investors who know your local market, and know how to make money? If so, this article is for you.

Establishing a real estate investing apprenticeship in your local area really isn’t as hard as it sounds. In reality there is most likely a large, well-organized group of people already formed in your town or region in which you can find several qualified real estate investing mentors.

This group typically goes by the name REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) and they can be located online, or through most local Realty offices. If you find one in your town, simply start attending meetings. There you will find a wide variety of investors, and you should be able to locate many potential real estate investing mentors.

If there is no REIA group in your town, the next best thing is a Landlord’s Association. There is usually one in most mid-sized towns, and these folks would also make good cantidates for a real estate investing apprenticeship… after all, they can’t be landlords if they don’t invest in real estate.

Don't forget... it only takes one!
