After your seminar or meeting, make sure you follow up with each attendee. Thank them for coming, and ask if they have any questions. Don’t forget to ask them if they are interested in loaning you money and earning double-digit returns. Some will, some won’t, but the ones who do choose to work with you will become part of your real estate investing team
