The great City of Sacramento, CA is situated just where the Sacramento River and the American River converge. Through the Sacramento River Delta, you can reach a deep water port connected to the San Francisco Bay, by using a channel. Located in the Sacramento Valley, along with the extensive waterways, it is area shipping and rail center. The city’s current estimated population is 454,500 residents.In the very center of the State of California is Sacramento in Northern California.

Most of the property to the west of Sacramento is in a flood control basin. The result is the greater metropolitan area covers only four miles west of downtown but 30 miles northeast and east, into the Sierra Nevada foothills, and 10 miles to the south into valley farmland.

Like all major cities, Sacramento Real Estate and the economic status of its residents is very diverse. The city groups its neighborhoods into four areas. These four areas are an example of the extreme diversity.
