There is denying that the Arizona real estate market is really getting plenty of attention. Phoenix metropolitan area is the main attraction for Arizona. However, when it comes to real estate, every piece of it is hot.
Depending on whether you are looking for an Arizona real estate simply for investment purposes or to really have a place where you can live in, the preferences for each client would be different. The only consistent thing would be having a low price. Obtaining that would require some effort though.
If you are looking to get a piece of Arizona real estate for yourself and your family, then you need to consider a lot of different things which will also influence your perception of the lowest (or the best price) for that Arizona real estate piece.
Note that the best price for the same Arizona real estate piece might be different for different people (because their level of motivation to buy a particular Arizona real estate piece might vary).
